Frequently asked questions

Getting Started

Click "Sign In" and continue with Google, Discord, or an email sign-in link. There is no separate sign-up step: your account is created the first time you sign in.

From your dashboard, click "Create Game", give it a name, schedule and organization, then add questions from the game's page. Games start as drafts; publish one when you're ready for players to join.

Scan the QR code on the host's screen or open the link they share, sign in, and create your team. Your team's score and the standings update live on your phone.

Games & Gameplay

Board-style trivia: questions are grouped into categories with point values, and each can include an image, video, or audio clip and optional multiple-choice answers. Every game can end with a final wager question.

The host marks which team answered each question. A correct answer earns the question's points and a wrong one deducts them. In the final question, teams wager some or all of their points.

A game is live while the host works through the board, then the host starts the final question, and the game ends once it is scored. Teams can join any time before the end.

The final question lets teams wager a portion of their points before seeing the question. If they answer correctly, they earn the wagered amount; if not, they lose it. This keeps the game exciting until the very end.

Teams

One player creates the team on their phone and enters its final wager; teammates play along together. Each team has one shared score that updates live on the standings.

No. Teams can be any size; each team just needs one phone to manage it.

Yes. You can create a team with just yourself and compete individually against other teams.

Organizations

Organizations let you group multiple hosts together. This is ideal for venues, companies, or groups that run recurring trivia events and want to share game management responsibilities.

From your dashboard, open Organizations and click "New Organization." Give it a name, then add members by the email address they sign in with.

Members can create games, write questions, and host games for the organization. Owners can also edit the organization, add or remove members, and delete games.

Hosting & Running Games

It shows every team's live score with quick point adjustments, a QR code for players to join, a starting-team picker, and an activity log of everything that happened in the game.
